You say: -35C in Kalgary. Meh! Last week in Yakutsk is -55C. Today is -45C. Next Tues is only -36C. But we are not fooled. We know this as “false spring.” Last year is colder: -63C. Brrr! Even for A Russian that is “chilly.” Lucky for us that we stocked up on extra Reindeer kakashka briquettes.
